Activity

The hemato-oncolgy department is a 4 beds unit, 2 of the rooms are isolation rooms with all the facilities for staff protection and isolation of the patient. At the entrance to the isolation rooms there is a corridor for the staff and the family to wear disposable gowns, gloves and face masks. Moreover, there is a facility for room air circulation for infection control. The medical and nursing staff is well trained to deliver intravenous chemotherapy under strict safety requirements.

Academic Activity

The medical staff is involved in many national and international clinical and drug researches, some of them with the involvement of the Ben Gurion University of the Negev and the Weizman institute. More than 80 articles were published in the international journals:
