Vision of the Department

To be an integral part in each process of testing the improvement achieved in the level of every unit of the medical center, and in the level of strategy of the organization as a whole.

Description of the activity of the department

• Method engineering: Improving and optimizing cross-organizational processes and services for maximal utilization of the resources of the center.
• Human resource standard: Characterization of the current situation and performing work measurements in order to define overloads, efficiency and human resource standards.
• Functional planning: Planning the work environment and adapting it to the unit's processes and activities.
• Participating in committees and improvement teams: Suggestion of opinions and recommendations according to the subject under consideration, in aspect of saving, improving work processes and maximal utilization of organization resources.
