The administration of the Barzilai University Medical Center recognizes and appreciates the role of the women and their contribution in Israel and the world.

The committee for promoting the status of the woman holds several seminars and fellowships for the female employees at the hospital auditorium, and sometimes these seminars are conducted outside the hospital.
