Main areas of activity

The center of communication serves as a center of command and control of the medical center where all the reports and the information are collected from the different locations and transferred to the relevant teams on daily basis, on emergencies and on disaster situations. The center is the information center for the patients and visitors of the medical center.

The communication is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Other activities of the Communication Center

• Response for the public and guidance.
• Unification of all the inquiries and information and forwarding them to the relevant persons.
• Response for emergency and disaster situations.
• Communication with staff on-call.
• Response for alarm signals from the different alarm systems: fire systems, elevators, temperature of drug storing refrigerators, and others.
• Quality control of the services of the center.
