  a "Health Cooperation".

♦The main target of the fund is to help promoting the activities at the Barzilai medical

  center in coordination with administration of the Barzilai medical center.

♦Assisting funding research at the Barzilai medical center.

♦Assisting funding of projects for the sake of the sick and the public health.
